Terms of Service

If you are using MicroNeil's systems or networks then you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service. It describes what you can and can't do as well as some important facts about our operations. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you must not use our services.

Words like "we" and "our" mean MicroNeil. Words like "you" and "your" mean any MicroNeil customer who uses MicroNeil's systems or networks. "Systems" means any of MicroNeil's equipment, or networks.


MicroNeil may change this policy at any time by posting the new policy on this website.

MicroNeil has an aggressive monitoring and diagnostic policy in order to ensure the best performance and reliability. Therefore, during the normal course of operations it is possible that some of your data may be intercepted and viewed by MicroNeil personnel. These occasions are rare and it is NOT a general policy of MicroNeil to review data traversing our networks or residing on our systems. Any data inadvertently intercepted under these circumstances is treated as strictly confidential. (See our Privacy Policy)

MicroNeil's systems may be used only for lawful purposes. Any transmission, distribution or storage of material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

It is your responsibility to know what laws apply to you and to ensure that you are not breaking those laws.

It is your responsibility to make sure that anyone to whom you extend our services, directly or indirectly, abides by this Terms of Service.

We will investigate any inappropriate use of our systems and may involve law enforcement agencies in that process if a criminal violation is suspected.

Messaging Systems and File Storage

MicroNeil has a zero tolerance policy regarding unsolicited Email of any kind.

Our messaging systems may be configured to protect against viruses and to filter unwanted (spam) messages. In providing these services we will provide our "best effort" to eliminate the offensive or dangerous materials targeted by these systems, however you understand and agree that this process is not perfect and that you are solely responsible for any damages or losses which might arise through the use, failure, or misuse of our systems and these facilities. It is entirely your responsibility to protect yourself and your systems from unwanted or dangerous materials that might reach you through our systems. Any filtering or scanning facilities that we provide should be considered only as an extra level of protection. You further agree to indemnify and hold MicroNeil harmless for any damages or losses that might arise from your use of MicroNeil's systems.

System Security

Any attempt to violate the security of any system or network is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of security violations include but are not limited to the following:

  • Any unauthorized access or use of data, systems, or networks.
  • Any unauthorized attempt to probe, monitor, or scan, a system or network.
  • Any unauthorized attempt to circumvent the security measures of a system or network.
  • Any unauthorized attempt to test the vulnerability of a system or network.
  • Any interference with the normal operation of a system or network, or the ability of any user or users to access a system or network.
  • Any falsification or effort to obscure or forge TCP-IP packet headers, authentication information, or message headers.
